Work is assigned on a project basis, ideal for students or current full-timers.  No base salary, strictly on project terms only. All are freelance, at-home positions.

In general, the following roles are needed:

  • Videographer/editor
    • Has video planning and editing skills and experience such as Final Cut and Adobe Premiere. Must be able to work from a home-based Mac or PC with access to own equipment or rentals.
  • Flash developer
    • Uses Adobe Flash and other tools to work on animation, banners and new site designs, including videos for web.
  • Web developer (front end/interface systems)
    • Uses HTML/JavaScript/ASP/ColdFusion and other tools to develop static and dynamic web pages. Includes WordPress and CMS. Flash experience a bonus.
  • Web programmer/developer (back end systems)
    • Works with web server systems and web databases, develops web queries to databases and programs web applications.
  • Graphic designer/graphic artist
  • Print production artist
    • Has a working understanding of layout, type and color, and is able to take instructions from a designer and create a complete layout, working proficiently in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Responsibilities also include producing final files ready for print.
