To address Visa Infinite's needs, a multifaceted solution was devised, encompassing strategic planning, creative ideation, and linguistic adaptation. By leveraging a combination of captivating visuals, concise messaging, and culturally relevant themes, the solution aimed to resonate with audiences across Canada, regardless of language or location.

Ideation & Research

In-depth research was conducted not only to understand the cultural nuances and preferences of Canadian consumers across regions but also to delve into the culinary landscape, considering Visa Infinite's culinary rewards program. Analysis of consumer behavior and dining trends provided valuable insights into the dining habits and preferences of Visa Infinite cardholders.

With a focus on the culinary rewards program, ideation sessions were held to explore creative approaches that would highlight the unique benefits of Visa Infinite cards in the context of dining experiences. Concepts were developed to showcase the exclusive privileges and rewards available to cardholders, such as gourmet dining experiences, chef collaborations, and special culinary events.

The ideation process also incorporated elements inspired by Canada's rich culinary heritage, leveraging iconic dishes, regional cuisines, and celebrated chefs to create animations that would resonate with food enthusiasts and elevate the perceived value of Visa Infinite membership. By integrating culinary themes into the promotional content, the aim was to not only promote Visa Infinite cards but also to evoke a sense of culinary adventure and indulgence among viewers.

Iteration

Using Figma, and Adobe CC, the chosen concepts were brought to life with meticulous attention to detail and visual appeal. Engaging animations were crafted to showcase the benefits and features of Visa Infinite cards, incorporating dynamic transitions, vibrant colors, and engaging storytelling elements.

Special emphasis was placed on linguistic adaptation, ensuring that the animations seamlessly transitioned between English and French while maintaining consistency in messaging and tone. Voiceovers and on-screen text were carefully synchronized to deliver a cohesive and immersive viewing experience for audiences in both language groups.

Outcomes

The animated promotional materials adeptly conveyed Visa Infinite's unique value proposition to a diverse audience across Canada, resulting in heightened brand visibility and enhanced customer acquisition. This project exemplified the efficacy of employing a culturally attuned strategy, enabling effective communication and resonance with target consumers in multilingual settings.
